As a children's librarian, I first met Harry Potter when a child came to the desk asking for help finding 'The Sorceror's Stone' on the shelves. Since I order the children's fiction, but didn't recognize the author or title, I looked it up in the computer. My library owned one copy, and it was in the Adult Fiction area! After the 4th or 5th child came asking, I was intrigued why all these kids were looking for an adult novel. So I went and got it, read it in one sitting, told my boss this was a children's book, kept it for our department and ordered 10 more copies. The rest, as they say, is history! Harry Potter literally changed the trajectory of my career and life. As a fellow steward and lover of books, it brings me to tears that you got this amazing opportunity, Victoria! You have done so much to keep the magic alive all of these years, no one deserves it more! The collection and the attention to detail in it's presentation is absolutely stunning!
